The answer is ???
Not sure we are at that point where one or more robots can repair another robot. For starters, even if a robot can diagnose problem, can they access all tools necessary for repair? Would they have the ability, dexterity, understanding on how to take apart, repair and put back together again that disabled robot? What if the problem wasn't the robot, but WiFi or another disruption interfering with the robots abilities and functions?
Humans, I think, are safe for now as they will be required to do that extra level of critical thinking and overall understanding of how to fix the problem at hand. Even a robot with the best of skills won't know how every robot is built nor will there be available full troubleshooting information on each robot. Artificial intelligence, automation and remote operator technologies will all, have all, helped to increase productivity and help manufacturers succeed. Still, however, humans are on staff for repairing these devices and peripheral environmental requirements for them to properly function.
